what do u think is the best cardio machine to use at the gym (for weight loss & toning)
To lean legs, arms, stomach... 1. Tredmill 2.Cross-trainer/ elliptical machine 3.Step machine- ( i heard this one makes your legs chunky- Is this true?) 4.Rowing machine 5. Bike

- for sure the tredmill , but its good to do about 30 mins on the tredmill and then another 30 on the cross trainer
- i just run around the gym and trip over all the weights, its fun!
- The cross trainer/elliptical machine - honestly, anytime that I ever drug myself into the gym - I jumped on, put on a few fast-beat songs when I had an mp3 player and took off on a steady pace and a medium incline for about 45 minutes and then did regular weight-training, before jogging on a treadmill for another 30 afterwards. It was great cardio. I never used the step machine - it looked painful, slow and boring. Hope this answers your question.
- The step maching I'm thinking will make the legs stronger !! ? !! Also it works the heart pretty good to0 !! much like walking is said to be overall best !!?!! I think the leg muscles working to push,pull,lift the full body weight I'm thinking .. along with proper breathing ... will give the cardio vasular system a nice workout !! .. Just be certain to rest every s0o`.many minutes !! & without a doubt.. KEEP some WATER handy !!!!. G/L~!!! r `'R'` r
- LOL! to Baron D. I'll try that. I personally go for the treadmill. A nice thorough workout followed by weights. The bike is good too; a bit easier on the knees, and perfect if you want to watch some TV, read, or new to exercising.
