  1. It won't affect where the fat goes from, but just which muscles get toned. Although I don't know the answer, I personally prefer a cross trainer - I just like the feeling I get when I'm upright and striding.
  2. get a bicycle and use it as your transport.
  3. Just hit some cardio - which ever machine you like the best. You can't spot lose body. Think about peeling an onion, your body fat will come off one layer at a time. Some layers are just thicker than others. Good luck!!
  4. A combination of both say 20 minutes on bicycle 20 minutes on cross trainer and when on cross trainer do 10 minutes backwards 10 minutes forwards. it tones different muscles in the legs. ok hope this helped!!
