  3. A cycle will build the muscles in your legs - they won't be fat but they will be toned and muscley.

  7. No. Cycle machines, squats, running... all that makes you're muscles bigger therefore you look fatter.
  8. well i guess so if you put it that way. but the only way could know for sure is if you try it your self and if you are still curious as to what the possibilities might be than i suggest that you go to a specialist that can rell you all about it. but a machine can't make your legs skinnyer. you would have to put 4th effort and alot of excersise for that and to maintain skinny legs but its not possible. if your legs were to shrink or become smaller, they would only become stronger. but hey. thats what plastic sergery is for
  9. Any exercise burns off calories. If you eat less than you burn off, then you lose fat and your legs will be skinnier. If you do hard intense efforts then you may increase muscle mass. However for the overwhelming majority of people, your legs will get toned and skinnier.
  10. If by "cycle machine" you mean bicycle (which is what most people call it, FYI), then no it actually makes your legs bigger. Here are typical results:
