I'm a failure at life at life, a loser and I'm really depressed now.=[?
hi i'm a guy.15...almost 16...and ive been out of school since june 5th and i haven't done anything fun. i'm out of shape....i'm not fat at all but I don't have abs yet. I'm depressed and sad because it's been almost a month and i've been in my house since then. I HATE this. my life is not fun right now and it's summer. i don't have a gf. i'm almost a junior. ughh. i haven't done anything =[ and i'm so unmotivated to run. well, i'm gonna do cross country in the fall and i need to train now and GET FIT. but i'm soo unmotivated. o yea, the only kinda "fun thing" i'm doing the summer is camp for a week. i guess it should be fun idk. but i;m still soo deppressed. i hate my life right now. i wish i was traveling or something. it sucks soo much. oh and my parents told me i'm not getting my permit when i turn 16. this is TORTURE. why is my life so miserable. any tips how to turn my world around? i want to change this. i'm not like this. wtf is going on? help!!!?!!!!!!!?! thanks soo much!!! =]

- You see, someone once said that bad things NEVER happen in your life; there's no such thing as a bad thing. The problem is how we react to the issue. If you found something positive about your life, and focused on that, you'd be just fine! I'm guessing you're American cuz you got off skool so early, but i got off skool june 28, and im also excersising to get "into shape". Try 20 minutes a day, and then slowly increase your intensity and duration. They say that once you do something 21 times, it becomes a habit. So Work out for the next 3 weeks, everyday, and it'll become a habit! Good Luck and God Bless<3
- Please get a grip, there are people who have it so much worse than you, you should be grateful.
- Do something you like and find people who like to do the same things you like to do. As for excercise its all in your head if you cannot motivate yourself you need someone to motivate you. Like said above find someone who likes to run and ask them to help you get in shape to run.
- Your only 15.. there's so much of things ahead of you.. and don't worry about any gf...that can wait.. Anyway, just do things that you love...Let God take control of your life...Do your best in all things that you do

- hey, i'm just like you...but i'm a girl, lol big difference huh? i'm sorta in the same situation, but i'm in a running camp, so it's a little different. i know how you feel, i'm gonna be a freshman next year, i don't have a bf *cries*, i'm gonna be in a class full of 10-12 graders, soooo ya...but you shouldn't say your a failure! i'm sure there's a whole lotta things great about you...there's always some good and some bad in one person =)
- Oh, my gosh, you have the 15 going on 16 disease. It isn't fatal, but it just makes everything in your life...well...suck! If I were you, I would start running. Force yourself to do it! Keep it up and you'll be in great shape for fall! Girls like guys with lean, trim bodies and yours will shape up in no time! Allow yourself only one hour of self-pity at rising, then fill the rest of the day with activity. If you don't have a friend, make one! Just say hello to someone, and see where it goes. Eat lots of high protein and fruits and veggies, and allow yourself a big treat once a week! Don't just sit around the house. Get outside, do something. If you have no money, visit the library, visit a nearby park, offer to wash your neighbor's car, surprise your parents by mowing the lawn and pulling a few weeds. The cure for depression is activity, and it is definitely what you need!
- What u need to do is get off your dead ass and start working out running some weight lifting and eating right. Now u can still have some fun in between but u will noctice after a few short weeks the guys that feel like u do will start asking u questions about the changes. Your brain will be sharper your appearance will be better and then when u go to school (and use that as motivation) watch the faces of the people that figured u were just a mcdonald's boy loser !! Go out and kick some ass working out is great !!! Then watch how the girls that u have no balls to say hello will start hanging on u then u can tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine !
- Take one day and try something completely different. Tomorrow only dedicate the entire day to everyone else. Pick up your clothes and wash them. Feed the dog. Take the trash out without being asked. Be positive in all you do and say. Be responsible, loving, and careing. At the end of the day read your question. I suspect you will not recognize that self absorbed, tortured soul. If you can do this one day project, you will have done something I have never been able to do. Good luck.
- No one is ever a failure until they try something and do not succeed. Even then there's no failure because you can learn from the experience. It appears that you haven't tried anything as yet. Don't worry about the girlfriend thing, that will happen when it happens. Right now - GET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND RUN, RUN, RUN. You'll feel much better about yourself! We're all rooting for you! - You sound like every other teenager I know. Take the nike slogan "JUST DO IT". Keep in mind that every minute of your life is not going to be a party, but get out and start training. If you continue like this camp won't even be fun. Get out of this depression, get out of the house. If your parents said you couldn't get your permit right now, then just forget it. You will be fine.
- just know you are not alone. get up, go out and make the changes. life is waiting for you at your front door.
