Hi until recently I was really skinny and in that last 2 years I have put on a lot of weight. Mainly from being at university and eating unhealthy food. I am 21 and weigh 15 stone 10. I was 12 stone when i was 18 and had a 6 pac. I basically want to get this back. As i run my own business its very hard finding time and i am only getting worse by sitting in an office all day. There is a gym called "flex appeal" about 200 metre's up the same street i work of which i am a member. I am starting back tomorrow and hope to go every day and do cardio and weights, i will probably be able to spare 1 hour a day on training. Is it enough ? I was going to do 10 mins on rowing machine, 10 mins on bike, 20 mins on cross trainer and 5-10 mins on tredmil whilst fitting in sit-ups etc. Is this enough? can any1 recommend a "extreme lose weight" diet that can fit well with my training. i need to know exactly what to eat every day and at what times and i will do it. Any help would be great Jack
