Cross Training Questions

Which home fitness machine gives the best overall workout?

I've realised I don't have room for a treadmill which was my first choice, so I'm looking for something a bit more compact like a cross trainer or an exercise bike. Would like to increase aerobic fitness mainly, but also tone up and become leaner and fitter. I'm not overweight (5'4" and weigh 49kg) and fairly active (fast walk about 4-5 miles a day). What do you think would be best?

  4. They do make the space saver treadmills which fold up and can be rolled out of the way.I love my elliptical i have seen them range from small to med. to large.maybe check thoes out to see if you have room for one of thoes.
  5. Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://trim-get.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
  6. stepper is great!its great for butt, legs and tummy and its not that too expensive.
  7. In my experience of visiting thousands of houses over the years, most exercise machines end up as clothes horses. I really believe that you are better getting out on the road, or to the gym, so that exercise has it's own place in your life.
  8. What you are already doing is great. I have couple of fitness programs that I feel would be very beneficial to you.
