Cross Training Questions

 

I want to tone up my bum, thighs and stomach, is a cross trainer the best fitness machine to get?

I want something that will tone me everywhere, but most importantly my bum. Heard that a cross trainer is the best way to do that, i want a quick fix really. Im going on holiday in Sept and want to look better by then. I tried squats but cant really see any difference.

  1. a treadmill will burn fat the fatest and tone u. cross trainers are also good but will not tone ur stomach as much as a treadmill would
  2. No one thing is going to fix everything. for your stomach I would say crunches and leg lifts. One gets the upper abs one gets the lower. Running is a excellent over all exercise but it can be hard on the knees. cycling burns allot of calories and keep s your knees in tact also tightens your glutes. Elliptical walker is another good piece of equipment for toning the glutes.
