i had a pretty bad day... I worked 9-3. Im trying to lose weight except I ate: -3 weet bix with milk -apricot bits in cocnut like 12 pieces -two tacos with meat and cheese and a glass of milk -a large apple, pineapple and orange juice -and a bowl of potato chips -oh and also drank water! I feel like it was a really crapp eating day overall because I complete binged out and crap and ate over 2000calories and I havent done that in over a month! So, I decided I'd do a 20minute cross training workout to make up for it. So I just finished it now and now I feel sick (sick in the stomach... like kind of a reflux sensation but its inside my tummy) and a little dizzy. Can anyone tell me why this is? I've done this workout plenty of times before and this has never happened... Thanks.
