I need to lose 6 lbs for taekwondo competition. I am 14 yrs, 5'3", 107 lbs. I don't lose/gain easily.
I need tips to lose mostly fat but I can probly lose (some) water weight before the competition. I am small and slender (not skinny but almost)eat quite healthy, but I also have junk food cravings (how do i keep them away? especially when we have company or at a party?) I am very fit, I train intense 2 hrs a day of taekwondo and I am on the cross country team at my school.

- Just run more hours a day, and try to skip dinner every second day until you lost 5 pounds.
- If u train as hard as u say u do, then there be little fats left to loose. I have heard of some whacky weight-lost methods but the trick it so lose the weight without loosing muscle mass or water or yr strength. You can try this if u need to lose tt weight in a short time. Its the banana diet. To put it simply, u eat nothing but banana till u lose the weight u want to. Why bananas? cause it provides u the energy to keep u training. But be warned, u be damn sick of it in 2 days.
- dude just wrap yourself in a sauna suit or plastic bags( just as effective) and hit the stairs or do some road work just make sure you drink plenty of water ... the sauna suit is gonna make you sweat like crazy !!! so you should be able to lose the 6lbs ... Good luck
