If i go to my gym 3 times a week, is this enough to get a great body and stay fit?
If when i go to the gym on these 3 occasions per week and do: 20 mins on the bike 20 mins jogging on the treadmill 20 mins cross trainer 10 mins rowing machine 30 mins weight is this enough???? or should i go more often?

- That sounds plenty enough if you can keep it up. You'd have to be very fit already to do all that 3 times a week though.
