which cardio machines work which part of the body and how long i should aim to use them for weight loss? I plan to use the rowing machine, cross trainer and treadmill at first...

- The gym should be offering an exercise coach as part of their services to you. They usually provide from 1 to 3 free sessions or you can buy private coaching sessions. Have a coach evaluate you and set up a program. The coach will show you how to use the different equipment correctly and will spot check your form so yo don't hurt yourself.
