Cross Training Questions

 

I want to tone my midrift up and tone up my hips and tummy. Will a rowing machine do this?

I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do a combination of running, cross trainer, step machine and rower. I do an hour each time. I normally spend 20 mins on the rowing machine. Is this the best one to tone my middle? I want to see results fast.

Running is a good form of cardio and I see it in your gym routine, thats great.
