cross country training program?

i need a training program for the summer to get ready for the highschool crosscountry team. my goal is to run the two miles in 12 to 13 minutes. thanks for the help

  2. I would suggest ask a sports trainer.There is one at this site who ran CC in college and might be able to give you some advice.
  3. here is what my coach did by the end of my freshman year i ran the 3 mile in like less then 20 minutes and the 2 mile in around 11 minutes mon-long run tues-sprints wed-long run thurs-about 1/2 mile as fast as you can 5 min. break and do it again about 3-5 times fri-long run sat-easy run sun- relax Increase distance and time of long runs every time you do one. tuesdays increase the distance after a few weeks but everything eelse the same
