  1. just run every morning.
  2. A good way to train for cross country is to jog around your neighborhood. You can time yourself, and try to beat your time the next day.
  3. cross country isnt till next year, so i think you mean track. Either way....running and lifting weights is a great way to stay in shape.
  4. ok, first of all find someone to do it with you..its helps. i would just start with running a mile. keep it at a consistent pace and dont walk. even if you jog as slow as a walk keep jogging. every 3 days or so start adding distance. you also need to do speed workouts. go to a track and do 400m sprints...thats one lap. then walk a lap. do at least 5 to begin with. when you get in better shape you can do pyramids wich is start with springing 1 1/2 miles, then rest, then do 1 miles, then rest,..ect. make sure u up your protein intake, to build muscle, and drink lots of water. have fun! ps get some gooooooood shoes, they help a lot!
  5. Run across the great state of Alabama until you get to Greenbow. That's in Alabama.
  6. Get some guys or girls or both and run with them. It's almost impossible to stay motivated to run everyday so running with people helps. Don't make it a chore just kind of keep it fun. And DON'T keep running the same thing. It gets really really boring so just explore stuff.
  7. Well I guess you could train yourself by running every day or trying to at least and see how long you could run without stoping , but starting with a jog is always best for me .
  8. run forrest run
  9. when you cant run anymore, keep running
  10. Chose a friend you can run with every morning for like an hour or half an hour workseverytime
  11. I used to run Cross Country and I was actually training on my own because alot of my team mates didnt care for running. But what I did I would run between 4-6 miles a day you also have to stretch for at least for 20 minutes before you run you dont want to get injured.
