weight loss??

i need to lose some weight...please dont tell me that my weight is fine because its something I need to do. Kidney disease runs in my family and my mother is overweight so I need to start now so I dont go the same way. Here's my 'stats': -20yrs old -weigh 63.6kg (140pounds) -162cm (5'4) tall -bmi is 24.2 Here's what Im doing so far: -Cutting calorie intake (1000 per day max) -Im taking a diet supplement that supresses appetite (so i wont binge eat in between meals, im terrible for it), helps remove fat & increases metabolism -Im getting a treadmill and will do approx 2hrs jogging on that every second day -I do a 20min cross training workout on the days off jogging i want to be around 52-55kg (115-121pounds)... can anyone give me any advice? I really need to lose weight... please help me! xo

  1. take a pill called "reductil" it's one of the most famous fat loss pills in the world.. you will have to ask your docter nfor it though~ and also take the atkins diet.. the main theory for the atkins diet really is just to cut doen carbonhydrates~ they are what makes you fat~!!
  2. 1. Take small meals at regular intervals.Preferably 5 meals 2. Reduce carbo intake, but increase protein intake such as chicken and fish especially 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Drink at least 2 glasses of low fat milk but high calcium milk daily 5. Never ever starve yourself or skip meals! This will reduce your metabolism rate and will not help to slim! 6. Eat lots of chilli and hot stuff! This increases your metabolism rate. 7. Even when slimming down, treat yourself to tonic soup to replenish nutrients and the necessary nutritions
