I only want to drop one size but I have noooo idea how, lol? Im currently a US size 7/8 (An Australian 11/12) but I really want to get to a US size 4/6 (An Australian 9/10). Just not sure how to go about it....? Also, Im just at the very end of the normal BMI range so thats why I want to start now... I want be proactive about getting healthy. So, I try to mix everything up a bit in regards to exercise. I do a 45 minute brisk walk with my two dogs and a 25 minute cross training workout by Jeanette Jenkins. I also have an exercise bike and do about 30 minutes on that. I try to exercise everyday and eat right. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how I can get to a US 4/6? I want an exercise plan that will give me maximum results. I understand that you cant just target certain muscle groups to lose weight. Just not sure of how to exercise right. Oh, would really appreciate it if someone could give me a diet plan and an exercise plan or something... Thanks again! <3
