I know she's a US4/6 (she said it in an interview). Im a US size 7/8. But Katie is heaps taller than me, she's about 170cm and I'm about 162cm. Can anyone tell me how I can achieve a toned and sculpted body like hers but still have that womanly shape? I dont want to become a total stick insect. I do a 25 minute butt and thigh blast cross training workout dvd, its by the hollywood trainer jenette jenkins (it helps to build lean muscle mass). And Im picking up my exercise bike next week and will be doing at least 30 minutes on it everyday as well as the workout. Would that help? Any other advice? Thanks <3
