What is the best equipment to burn overall body fat?

- Treadmill - Cross Trainer - Bike - The rowing machine kind of situation ??????

  1. Cross trainer I've been told. I also believe that, since I can use all the above machines no problem... except the cross trainer which I instantly feel shattered on and feel like giving up!
  2. It depends on how hard you work on those pieces of equipment. The harder you work (ie the higher your heart rate goes), the more fat you'll burn.

Any cardio work out is good... best is the cross trainer and the rower but all of the above are great, also should try pilates it is great for fat loss and toning at the same time doing 30 min of flat out hardcore cardio (eg cross trainer, rower treadmill, bike etc) and 30 min of pilates per day 5-6 days a week will strip off the fat and make you look and feel great in not time

I would say out of the above the cross trainer, deeper knee bends works the bum well, one that goes forward as well as backwards that way you work the muscles on both front and backs of your legs. All of the above work well - but is you want to save some money go for a good power walk, my solution - headphones on - good music and just go!

I have found that the cross trainer is definitely the best.It is hard work at first but keep using it and it will get easier.At first I struggled to do 7 minutes but an hour is what I do now.good luck and dont give up,its worth it .listen too some music while exercising that helps to keep motivation up .
