does anyone know whats best to use at the gym to tone you stomach up and loose weight?
As in a bike or cross trainer or rowing machine or running machine or anything that will help me out.

- To have your stomach look "toned" you need to reduce your body fat percentage. Any cardio exercise will help this, but I would try "High Intensity Interval Training". Basically do any cardio exercise but change the intesnsity during the exercise. For the first few minutes, warm up. Then do a minute of Level "4" intensity, then the next minute work at Level "7" intensity. Then go back to the Level "4" and so on. This gives you rest in-between but also is far superior for burning fat. You can get the same benefit in a 15 minute workout this way as you could during a 30 minute "evenly paced" workout.
- You will never tone up your stomach without losing weight. Thats fact number 1 that most people dont want to acknowledge.
- You need the bike and the running machine to reduce the flab by burning calories. The rowing machine will not burn as many calories but can help with core strength i.e. toning up the muscles in the stomach area. Other than that you can't beat crunches.
- I love the elliptical machine! It burns more calories than the treadmill and really works the abs.
- They say that swimming is the best, and skipping is a great weight loss thing u can do at home!
