What is the best gym equipment for getting rid of love handles?
I go to the gym 4 times a week now doing mostly weights as I want to build mass but my shape is seriously let down by love handles. I do a 5 min warm up and cool down and spend roughly 1 hour 15 in the gym. I use the treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and bike. Which of these is the best for ridding me of these horrible fatty bits? How long should I spend on a piece of kit?

- To burn fat you need to work on cardio! Cardio gets the heart rate up and burns the most fat. Weight exercises build bulk, so if you are spending more time on weights, spend more time on the treadmill. I would say at least 30 minutes, or 2 miles. An important thing to remember is to keep your heart rate up and possibly by hopping from machine to machine quickly, you might not get the results you want. Examine your diet as well, as that might be a problem too!!! Good luck!
