Cross Training Questions
Can someone please advise me if Cross Trainer exercise machines give a good all over toning effect ?
I want to buy a machine to use at home for gentle but effective all over toning. What is the best machine? I don't want to buy lots of different equipment, I would just like one alround machine. I don't want to look to muscular but just keep in shape. I'm not really into fitness in a big way but like to keep looking good!!!!!! Thanks for your help.
