Cross Training Questions
For people who jump rope?
do u jump rope in ur walking sneakers or do u jump in cross trainers? I have New Balance sneakers are they good enough to jump rope in?

- yes, those shoes should work. as long as you are not doing them in your bear feet, because that can be painful on the joints...hope that helps
- I use cross trainers. They seem to have a bit more shock absorbtion than walking sneakers.
