For people who jump rope?

do u jump rope in ur walking sneakers or do u jump in cross trainers? I have New Balance sneakers are they good enough to jump rope in?

i would say so but you may want shoes with shocks or some kind of extra bounce but if you are not competing than you proboly want shocks
