Ok I am not the skinniest person in the world i am 5'11 175lbs, i dont really fit the body type for cross country runners. I graduated from military school almost 9 months ago so i have had alot of training. I run 7 miles straight 2 days a week and 3-4miles straight 4 days a week. So i roughly run 25-30miles a week is this good? Is it bad for my legs having that much weight pressing down on them?
