Cross Training Questions

 

Is It Good For A 17 Year Old to Run This Much?

Ok I am not the skinniest person in the world i am 5'11 175lbs, i dont really fit the body type for cross country runners. I graduated from military school almost 9 months ago so i have had alot of training. I run 7 miles straight 2 days a week and 3-4miles straight 4 days a week. So i roughly run 25-30miles a week is this good? Is it bad for my legs having that much weight pressing down on them?

  1. Your legs are designed to have weight pressing down on them from running
  2. If you can start running more. I am 14 and I can run 10 miles in under 40 minutes.
