Ive got Cross Country coming up on Friday?

Whats a good way for me to train up quickly, the track is 4 km So what is the best way for me to train to get in the top 10 I'm not Fit but I'm not Unfit

  1. don't train on wednesday and thursday cuase then u'll get sore. Go for a half hour run on Monday and tuesday. Then afterwards do interval training by sprinting 100meters taking a 20second break and then sprinting 100meters. repeat this how ever many times you want just make sure your doing it as intense level you possibly can.
