I'm a young cross-country runner in high school, preparing for a race in a month.?
i've been training hard for 8 months now, i just drank yougurt can i eat butter popcorn and still stay fit.

- i think u can one kind of junk food would not ruin your whole training so go for it
- Sure you can. And don't load up on pasta and carbs. The cons out weigh the pros. Go for some fish or other seafood the night before the race.
