Cross Training Questions
How are the Nike SPARQ TR Elite men's training shoes?
Are they better for cross training or distance running? Also how do they fit on your feet and are they durable?

- IDK I saw them at academy and thought they looked good and were a reasonable weight. I think i might get them bc of me running and lifting weights. Theyre training shoes so they should be good for training for differnt sports. Im gonna buy them.!!!!!
