Cross Training Questions

 

which excercise machine is best for me?

I have just joined the gym as I have Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome and struggle to keep weight off. I am 5 ft 5, age 29 and weigh about 11 stone. I am bulky around my middle (v flabby tummy) and need to tone up all over. I have been swimming twice a week. 3 times a week I go in the gym and do a 30 min work out on the treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine & bike, then do 20 repetitions on the weight machines which tone your legs and arms, then I do 30 sit ups using the ab roller thing. Im not too keen on the bike so prefer to stay on the cross trainer for longer if poss. Does this workout sound ok? Is there anything you would suggest to improve this? Any advice is gratefully recieved!

  1. What you are doing sound like a lot of hard work, but think of a belt type of machine to loosen up the fatty deposits on your hips and tummy... Once that starts going you will be fine... Good luck.
