- Yes you do have, if you are dedicated .Eat well too
- you are doing great but u also need to include speed workouts long work out like find a 1 mile loop and do 4 to 5 reps of this and cool down u need to do this three times a week Monday weds day and Friday and rest on Sundays and good luck and stay confident good luck
- keep running hard. i would have at least one long run a week it would be a least 5-7 miles. you can also do a good speed endurance workout your start of 6 min hard pace like you would run in a race. then 1:30 slow jog after that to recover. another 5 min hard followed by 1:30 easy, 4 min hard, 1:30 easy, 3 min hard, 1:30 easy, 2 min hard, 1:30 easy, 1 min hard, that's a really good workout make sure you do this on a loop that is like to race coarse. you can also do hill workouts and you can even go on a 3-4 mile run and throw in a couple of sprints per mile and slow jog in between sprint. i have a lot more workouts that you can do if you want them e-mail me its alot to write in this. good luck.
