Cross Training Questions

 

im training for cross country (running 5 km over farm land aussies understand) and i run bout 1 hr a day but i

really really want to beat this girl i came 2nd last year and i wanna train like really physsiko cause i really wanna win any tips on training n diet i guess like should i run for longer its about 6 weeks till the race do i have enough time to beat her (im 15) yer thanks i really need this

  1. heeey i live in Australia too and i have cross county soon too. i say get up early every day and run for 5km but do it really hard and fast, have a healthy ceral and some toast or what ever (dont eat really really really fatty food like krispy Kreams or something) eat honey that gives you energy. after school go for another run maybe slow your pace down from that moring and try to run a bit further! good luck!!!
  2. do pilates mainly the one that will strengthen your abs do mor exercise than running such as a bike get them quads huge or swimming
