Im training for cross country (running 5 km over farm land aussies understand) and i run bout 1 hr a day but? i came 2nd last year and i wanna train like really physsiko cause i really wanna win any tips on training n diet i guess like should i run for longer its about 6 weeks till the race do i have enough time to beat her (im 15) yer thanks i really need this

- i have cross country soon too.. absolutely hate it. i wouldnt change your diet, as long as its healthy and your eating lots of energy supplying foods. keep training, everyday aiming to run just a little bit further. if you can say run for 8 k's a day (i know its pretty far) then when it comes to cross country 5 will be simple for u. good luck.
- Dont wear yourself out.You appear to have the confidence so go for it. I always take a rest before competing and also save myself for the last part of competion as thats when you need your energy the most.Have been playing Sport for more years than I can remember and this has worked for me.
