Cross Training Questions

how good is the cross trainer for exercise?

I am thinking of buying a cross trainer as i have been told that they are a good all-over work out.

  1. Yeah they are a good all-over work out, Especially good for the tops of your legs and your arms :) I'd recommend one anyway ! =D Have fun
  2. I think they are great but may-bee a treadmill would be better ? they are both very expensive items so I'd try a few out before buying...I bought a treadmill for £1000 and used it every day for months, then decided to join a gym again because i missed having a training partner , now I never use it...just as good my boyfriend does or I would have to sell it and I wouldn't get no were near the money I spent on it.
  3. One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to http://trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
  4. They burn off fat very well. To be honest though you need to buy a good one. Most people look in the Argos catalogue etc and think "oh my word a running machine for £150" but its more fun just putting your money down the drain. Look at: http://www.yorkfitness.com/ Then click on your country. The best fitness equipment you can buy in my opinion.
  5. they are brilliant, and I have had a lot of machines!! they are bulky so you need room for one, just 20 mins a day (and its not too hard after couple of days!) low impact on joints and doesnt do your back in, well after couple of weeks you will see the difference does tone all over and gives a good burn, but the time and ease of it makes sure you will actually use it (unlike most machines) prob the only one I have aver had and after a year am still using daily! firm bum, legs , tum, arms....
