I go to the gym three times a week, first i am 27yrs old, 5ft4 and 90lbs, my workout invloves, treadmill for 60 minutes, (16.1km) around 15.5pkm average speed, then 7minutes rowing machine, 5mintues cross trainers, light weights 3sets of 15 reps to tone, and 3-30 crunches on gym ball.. my goal is to get a flatter tummy, and doing all this allows me to eat and hopefully gain weight without feeling guilty, so how many calories do you think this is! shall i keep it up will it help me get a flat tummy, my diet is good......
