What's better: walking on treadmill or gazelle?
What's better? Tony Little's gazelle machine is a cross-trainer, an elliptical trainer...or the old treadmill? Maybe I should mix it up so it doesn't get boring....

- Actually mixing it up is a good idea. However i like bike riding.
- yeah mix it up, when u get bored with one use the other. remember to have fun too.
- mix it up
- i think elliptical is better since it makes you use all your major muscles i.e legs and arms ... and on a treadmill you're only using your legs (unless ofcourse you're pumping your arms along with walking/jogging/running) ... so on an elliptical you burn more total calories than on a treadmill ... but the best choice is what you said yourself ... mix it up for the fun part
- mix it up or what ever you like best !!
- I have a gazelle and a treadmill, I find the gazelle gets a little (no pun intended) boring. It it very difficult after a few weeks to get the heart rate up without almost pulling a hamstring. It is good for stretching and worm-up, but I think that for the most part, a treadmill with a descent incline is the best for cardio.
- the old treadmill
