best work out for fast weight loss?

at my gym there are rowing, bike, cross trainer and walking machines. what one of these should i do for an hour (with healthy eating) a day for FAST weight loss???

  1. honestly for fat loss. run. run hard and you'll get there. run every other day and work out every other day. eat healthy and drink lots of water.
  2. If you wanna get a really good workout (and even avoid the gym) I highly recommend rollerblading. I did it last summer, 6 days a week for 20 minutes, and while eating healthy at the same time I lost a lot of weight in a very short span.
  3. TAE BO!! TAEBO!!! try that youtube it and try it its azmaing! you can lose 10 pounds a month! 10mins of it is 100 calories and 3500 caloies is 1 pound! Do the math,
  4. Use them all. something like rowing and putting up a high leval is good. But fast weight loss try joining a gym that has weights, weight training is alot better for loosing weight and burning off calories because when you have muscle it burns off calories faster which means in the long run u will loose more weight.
  5. Weight loss is like watching grass grow if you do it right. You want to concentrate on fat loss not weight loss 1-2 lbs a week is healthy. You don't want to lose muscle either don't neglect the weights. Measure & count every calorie you eat too.
