I naturally have well built legs (more fat these days!) If i buy a stepper will my legs get 'bigger' instead of toned?.... I'm also considering buying a cross trainer, i can't decide between the two.... I find the cross trainer at the gym more fun and can go for miles, it doesn't get me as breathless as the stepper but cos of this i don't think it's burning the fat the same... Any advice welcome!...Thanks
