What exercise machine was I on?
I was at SpaLady this morning and was on a machine and now I cannot remember what it was for the life of me. It was kinda a mix between an elliptical and a cross trainer. Your hands don't move like they do on the elliptical though, they just stay staionary. Your movements are a mix between skiing and climbing steps and it works your butt and the front part of your thighs.
