If i...?? please help?
Eat... 2 apples for breakfast tuna and 4 cruskits for lunch salad for dinner heaps and heaps of water. and everday.. walk dog 30 mins jump rope 30mins x 2 Situps, push ups 10mins x 2 dance around to music 20 mins run up and down stairs 20 mins cross trainer/ski machine 10 mins x 2 i did HUGE amounts of calorie ect calculations. and i should loose 18lbs in 27 days? thanks

- i think so....if you are loyal to it...but let me remind you that a healthy way of losing weight is to lose only 2 pounds a week... good luck!
- You wont be able to stick to it, after the first day you'll be dying for more food. I could eat all that and within 3 hours ill be hungry again. Let alone with all that exercise, you should eat a FULL dinner with meat and vegetables at least everyday. But good luck and let us know!
- You're not eating enough, you need at least 1400-1600 calories a day to keep your body out of starvation mode. You're hindering your efforts and you will gain more in the long run.
- If you're that active i would suggest 2 meals extra...one between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner....keep you cals. the same just spread them out over five meals instead of 3 and you'll drop that weight much quicker. Good Luck!
