Cross Training Questions

Next for Fitness?

Has anyone bought any fitness equipment from the clothes shop Next.I am thinking of the cross trainer/elliptical machine.

1. Hi! I didn't know Next sold fitness equipment, but an elliptical cross-trainer is a good choice because it works your upper and lower body together. Think carefully though, because it may be quite expensive, and you may find you don't use it much-exercising alone at home is boring and doesn't get you motivated. I'm going to try a spinning (bike) class on Friday because I need someone telling me to keep going!
2. Hiya i work at next! not heard anything about the cross trainers but next are not know for selling crappy stuff so y not try one! :)
