- yes but be careful about what you eat
- Absolutely it is! Any exercise that you do for 30 mins a day is going to help you lose weight.
- Yes. As long as you are watching what you eat as well. What you put in your body has alot to do with it.
- Yes
- yea that's all you need 30Min's a day.But if your old i wouldn't listen to what ppl say exercise will kill you.look up Marathon runners they all die at age 40 something.A little exercise is alright but don't die at 40
- Yes it would give you great results. But you have to also eat healthy food along with it. Dont forget to drink more water. this would help you reduce toxins.
- Yes. Although I would recommend 45 min. 4x a week when you are conditioned. Everyday may get boring. Also, you tend to burn more fat, after you have been working out for 20 min... Therefore, if you workout for 30 min, you will burn for only 10 min, but if you workout for 45 min, you will burn fat for 25 min. Don't work out longer, because then you start to burn muscle. Also, reduce your carbs, fat, sugar, and late nite snacks. Just because you're working out, doesn't mean you can pig out...
- It is suggested to everyone to get in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day... If you watch what you eat, and maintain this exercise regimen you will do fine... If you 'plateau' on reaching your goals then increase the amount of time to 40-45 minutes a day and check what you are eating to see if you can make any modifications... The best thing I did for my diet was switching to diet Pepsi from regular... That cut 240-360 calories out of daily intake... WOW!
- Yes. In fact the cross-trainer is one of the most effective exercise machines you can buy. It is very low-impact on your joints, yet you burn more calories than you would on an exercise bike or treadmill. If you use the handles as well, the machine helps to tone the upper and lower body whilst providing a great calorie burning exercise. 30 mins a day is a good target to set yourself, it is easy to fit into a schedule, it allows your body time to rest between exercise (to give muscles time to recover) and it will mean you are constantly burning calories. Previous answers about drinking more water will always help (not scientifically proven to help you lose weight on it's own but it will keep your body hydrated to exercise and thirst is also often mistaken for hunger so you may find yourself eating less). Good luck.
