  1. i think it is the eliptical machine, i love that thing...
  2. Jump rope.
  3. toning table
  4. Rowing machine or cross trainer - treadmill just uses your legs. But if you do high interval training on a treadmill thats good too.
  5. I would say the rowing machine it works the whole body, aerobic and anaerobic.
  6. Elliptical machine :)
  7. it all depends on the amount of effort you put into each hour of working out but in general its the treadmill since walking/running/jogging works out more muscles at once than any other excercise
  8. Eat the Atkins way and plenty of walking........That's what will burn the fat better than any machine..
  9. Treadmill
  10. Using the treadmill. Running is one of the most vigorous exercises you can do. It is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and drop pounds. A 150 person will burn approximately 100 calories per mile when running. Interval training. (Running at a very fast speed for short intervals of time) into your running routine will help with your weight loss efforts. Speed work burns a great amount of calories in a short period of time. You will also increase your muscle mass and improve your resting metabolism, causing you to burn more calories throughout the day. Keep in mind that you will only shed pounds if you burn more calories than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn through exercise or daily life functions, about 3,500 calories. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 5 months. I used the treadmill in my gym. I ran on it for 30 minutes or more 4/5 times a week. I now also jog outside and have managed to maintain my weight with ease.
