Cross Training Questions

I have pain "down there" when I walk! Its hard to describe, no I am not pregnant- could it be a pulled muscle?

I have felt this feeling before but it goes away in an instance- this past month I have been working out on a regular basis (3-4 times a week) and I dont ever stretch. I go to the gym and use the cross trainer machine, then do some ab crunches and then some machines for my arms. What I am feeling doesnt really hurt, its just uncomfortable and I really only feel it when I walk/move. Its also hard to describe where its located, but its like near my bladder where my lips begin i guess. I dont feel any bumps or anything. Some people are saying it could be a pulled muscle, but im not sure. Im kind of worried about it so I have an appointment at the doctor this afternoon, but im just wondering if anyone kind of knows what im talking about, or if they have had something similar to this. hopefully it will ease my mind...thank you!

  1. sounds like a strain . good luck Honey
  2. It could be some type of muscle imbalance in the pelvic floor. See your gyn and you might need to be referred to a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction.
