what exercise machine is better to work off a gut? cross-trainer or bicycle?

  1. Both will work the same, to get rid of the gut you just need to burn the fat. Both machines will do that
  2. Cross trainer should give you more of a workout. A bike will work you legs more.
  3. Treadmill or stair stepper
  4. Cross-trainer is better for a gut, but best of all is old fashioned sit-ups. They work all the right muscles in the stomach area. Any exercise that you do that burns fat will help though.
  5. bicycle.. its good ya kno..besides,u can loss weight.. ive lost 15kg cause ive cycled around neighbourhood everyday for about 1 n a half month..great!!=)
  6. I prefer both. I'm finding that cross-training and spinning has really shaped my "gut." I also do crunches as well.
