what exercise machine is better to work off a gut? cross-trainer or bicycle?

- Both will work the same, to get rid of the gut you just need to burn the fat. Both machines will do that
- Cross trainer should give you more of a workout. A bike will work you legs more.
- Treadmill or stair stepper
- Cross-trainer is better for a gut, but best of all is old fashioned sit-ups. They work all the right muscles in the stomach area. Any exercise that you do that burns fat will help though.
- bicycle.. its good ya kno..besides,u can loss weight.. ive lost 15kg cause ive cycled around neighbourhood everyday for about 1 n a half month..great!!=)
- I prefer both. I'm finding that cross-training and spinning has really shaped my "gut." I also do crunches as well.
