- yes, i have one up for sale, it's a 3in1 ski/jogging/stepping
- I bought a second hand Reebok one and it lasted about two years before it wore out. They are superb for a workout by the way, I would say the best bit of home gym kit you can get but make sure you buy a decent one with magnetic resistance otherwise it'll seem like boring hard work on a cheap machine. It's like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Why not have a look in your local free ads pages 'cos a lot of people buy these things then don't use them much and sell 'em cheap. But make sure you're not buying someone elses cheap mistake. When you do buy one you must force yourself to use it every day for a few weeks then it'll become a habit, you won't regret it, you will feel fantastic after a while. The only reason I am not using one is my present job provides plenty of exercise. Whatever you decide, don't buy a cheap one, good luck in your new fit life!
