Cross Training Questions

 

How can I prevent a burning sensation under my feet when i use a cross-trainer workout machine?

The friction between my socks, my shoes and the machine cause me to feel a burn within 15 minutes of my workout. Any way to stop it?

  1. omg I thought I was the only one my instructor said get bigger shoes but I don't think that is right, my size is perfect.... so I will look forward to these answers
