Best cross trainers? (Shoes)?

I have had Nike for years but I find they hurt my toes. I have heard New Balance is pretty good. I do aerobics and walk quite a bit. Any suggestions?

well..you heard right. i love my new balance. been wearing nb's for 3 years. any particular model for you..i wouldn't know. nb's are priced around 50-100 bucks? mb more depending on w/e ur looking for. and i only buy nike for basketball. plus, nike = child labor in asian sweatshops. =(
