Cross Training Questions

 

has anyone ever lost a lot of weight using a cross trainer,?

ive just bought one and started using one today, ive also started eating more healthy this week, its not a strict diet but its low fat foods with whole wheat bread and pasta, brown rice etc. i just need some inspiration, so if anyone has had success stories with a cross trainer please let me know.

  1. There are some variables. I used a cross trainer and it works great for me because I like using it. The key is that the workout is never going to help you lose weight if you eat more calories than you work off and that is probably going to be the case. You will get in good shape but keep the fat unless you take in less calories. I found it more helpful to take in 1200 to 1500 calories a day and work out. I lost my weight quickly. I lost 30 pounds in like two or three months. You can do it! I did and I love looking and feeling better.
