Cross Training Questions
Can anyone recommend a value for money cross trainer and explain what elliptical means? Thanks?
Hi, I'd like to buy a cross trainer - been using one at the gym and its realy great all round work out for me, but I dont want to spend stupid money on one. Can someone advise what a good one or what features to look out for? Thank you very much.

- go to the local sports sup[pliers, try them all out, which one is the most comfotable, if it is in your budget get it, i have one at home i think i paid £200 and that was a year ago i have been using it everyday for a week and i have dropped a dress size. make sure it had a calorie counter and programme functions. good luck.
