how much should i workout on treadmill & cross trainer?
i have a treadmill and a cross trainer at home but i dont know how much time i should spend on both of them in a day to lose weight. due to pregnany & all i have gained 15kgs & its been there for a year now i really want to get those kgs off. So if any1 has knowledge about it tell me know pls

- How much should i workout on treadmill & cross trainer? 30 to 45 minutes a day. Watch your calorie intake..cut back gradually. Start at say 1800 a day and cut back 100 calories a week until you reach 1200 a day. Keep a written record of what you eat along with the approximate calorie count. That will give you an idea of where you need to make changes. That along with your 30 to 45 minutes a day exercise should have you losing 1 to 3 pounds a week.....good luck
