Does exercising on a cross trainer make your biceps and calves bulky?

i like exercising on the cross trainer better than running or going on the treadmill but i really dont want bulky muscles

  1. No it tones your legs and gives you lovley shape whilst you lose weight aswell it will make your legs slightly bigger but in a good way. Skinny legs are ugly anyway x
  2. It should tone most of your body, not just bi's and calves.
